MISIÓN: Gestión comercial de la cartera de clientes asignada y prospección / captación de nuevos clientes en coordinación con el Director Comercial & Marketing y el equipo de administración. Así como la implementación de los productos de Saica Natur y nuevos proyectos ad hoc para cada cliente. TAREAS / FUNCIONES / RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES: * Asegurar el cumplimiento de las Políticas de Calidad, Seguridad, Igualdad y Medio Ambiente. * Atención y gestión comercial de la cartera de clientes asignada; así como búsqueda de oportunidades de nuevo negocio. * Elaboración y presentación de ofertas de acuerdo a los criterios comerciales y financieros definidos por la dirección. * Seguimiento de ofertas e inversiones. * Definir procedimientos / instrucciones de trabajo comerciales de cada cliente para garantizar que el servicio se presta de manera similar en todas las zonas. * Garantizar el correcto flujo de información (condiciones pactadas y prestación de servicio) entre las plantas de Saica Natur Iberia y central a nivel comercial. * Coordinar los diferentes departamentos implicados en la prestación del servicio para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del mismo. * Seguimiento de la evolución de los contratos para detectar desviaciones, nuevas necesidades y oportunidades. * Informar, gestionar y resolver las posibles incidencias surgidas por la no aplicación de condiciones económicas y procedimientos. * Mejorar la rentabilidad del cliente: estudios de minimización de costes o maximización de ingresos. * Liderar proyectos en los clientes: trazabilidad y valorización de residuos, residuo cero y de optimización. * Elaboración y seguimiento de KPIs. * Seguimiento de las incidencias e informes de los clientes de acuerdo al procedimiento de No Conformidades Externas. * Potenciar el cross - selling con el resto de las áreas del grupo. * Posibilidad de formar parte de otros proyectos dentro de la empresa, siguiendo el roll asignado: con Sistemas, Industrial, Ventas, etc.

Tasks:
- You will implement valuable functionality aligned with the product strategy and bring your technical expertise to develop the best possible solution - guided by clean code principles
- You'll work with us to develop our order management and supply chain strategy by implementing components such as intelligent delivery promise, order fulfillment, and sourcing algorithms
- With your team, you make architectural decisions to ensure high levels of service performance, robustness, and maintainability
- You take ownership of the team's services, maintaining and running them on our cloud infrastructure, bringing DevOps to life
- You coach your teammates on software engineering, contributing to the growth of the entire team
Your Profile
Required studies and competences:
- You have a degree in computer science or a related field and/or several years of work experience as a Software Engineer
- You have built and operated an application at scale in production in the past, preferably in the area of e-commerce
- You have a profound knowledge and practical expertise with object-oriented programming languages, preferably Java or Kotlin, as well as web frameworks like Spring or Quarkus
- You have hands-on experience using NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL) databases.
- You feel comfortable operating a mission critical service under high traffic in a cloud environment using Kubernetes and know how to monitor it using tools such as Grafana and Prometheus; experience with GCP is beneficial
- You know deeply how to design APIs and how to integrate microservices via REST in a fault-tolerant way and how to decouple them using an event-driven approach, e.g., Kafka
- You are familiar with common design patterns, domain-driven design as well as different testing strategies, in general, you have a high level of quality awareness
- Most important: You are motivated to learn, grow, share experience and love working in a team

"Andreu Gastronomia des de 1930" és una empresa de caràcter familiar dedicada a la venda de productes de xarcuteria (i pernil ibèric 100% de gla) on el pernil Andreu és el protagonista. Ens defineix la paraula Qualitat: al producte, a la presentació i la imatge, al servei, a l'atenció al client i, sobretot, al tracte humà. Precisem incorporar al nostre equip a un ajudant de dependent/a per la nostra botiga ubicada al Centre Comercial Gran Via 2 (L'Hospitalet de Llobregat) per jornada completa en torns de tarda de dilluns a dissabte de 15:45 a 22:45h. Les funcions a realitzar son les següents: * Atendre i orientar al client en la seva compra. * Preparar el menjar i la beguda de la carta, seguint el manual de degustació i els protocols de presentació. * Reposició, recepció, conservació i marcatge dels productes. * Ordre i neteja de la zona de treball. * Posar el rentavaixelles i fer la pica. * Cobrar al TPV. * Establir una bona presentació dels productes seguint els procediments establerts. * Contribuir a la consecució dels objectius (KPI’s) assignats a la botiga. * Altres tasques inherents a la posició, així com aquelles delegades pel cap de botiga o direcció de l’empresa. Además se requiere experiencia previa de al menos un año en la realización de tareas similares.Se ofrece contrato temporal de 3 meses en turno central (de 08:00 a 17:00 horas) con posibilidad de prórroga y de acabar formando parte de la plantilla indefinida de la compañía.
